ABOUT
As an experienced Somatic Practitioner, I combine shamanic work with a broad range of body-centered modalities. I am trained in the Hakomi Method, Relational Somatic Healing, Innate Somatic Intelligence Trauma Therapy Approach, and The Mindset Journey.

Somatic techniques invite us to access felt experiences held in the body and to create new experiences and beliefs around them. They bring awareness to, and provide opportunities for healing the wounding that happens at multiple levels ranging from early childhood, to generational trauma, to those that are instilled in us through the cultural and societal context in which we form our sense of self, among others.

Guiding my approach to healing is a commitment to loving presence and nonviolence that honors your defenses, and trusts in the innate impulse toward healing. My work weaves Spirit and musical instruments into the integration process.
WHO I AM
I immigrated from Israel to San Francisco at the age of eleven, later receiving a BS in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University. I began my healing journey in 1993 and after decades of work on my personal growth, along with training in Hakomi and other therapeutic methods, I eventually transitioned from a career in Civil Engineering to a career as a somatic practitioner. I have had a private practice since 2019.

My cross-cultural background has instilled in me a special relationship to language that informs the lyrics, sounds, and rhythms in my music, and this in combination with a commitment to personal transformation has carried me through life and influences my practice.

I live in Albany, California with my wife and two kids.
